A follow-up EP to Mirliani's full-length release Over Thinking, "Keep Me" acts as an epilogue - a similarly introspective and nostalgic piece that tackles the anxieties of one's late 20s. Though conceived and completed prior to the stay-at-home order in the New York area due to Coronavirus, the EP (and its accompanying visuals) are timely commentary on isolation in the modern world, uncertainty of the future, and a longing for simpler times.

In 2020, the music video for the title song earned awards of merit at the Vegas Movie Awards and IndieFEST Film Awards, and won an Audience Award at the Paris Short Film Festival. In 2021, the video screened as part of the New York Tri-State International Short Film Festival and the Seoul International Short Film Festival, and earned an Honorable Mention at the Tokyo Internatonal Short Film Festival.
